Piodalan is like a ceremonial. Balinese Hindhus will then grouping and march to a certain places like " Pura " or to the beach like Melasti or to a cemetery to do " Ngaben " ceremony.

The group of people is called " arak - arakan " which usually bring umbrellas, banners, and some music called " Gong ". They are usually a group of nearest neighborhood or called " seka banjar ".Together they make a pray or ceremonial.
